Fiorentina have reached an agreement to take Luka Jović on a one-year loan from Real Madrid, paying only half his salary.
Carlo Ancelotti and the Los Blancos are ready to release Luka on a free loan and to participate in the payment of half of his salary, in that way Fiorentina would give only 3,000,000 euros.
Jovic has already given his consent if the clubs had agreed that the loan could be renewed for the 2023/2024 season, and the details would have been decided upon later.
After the departure of Dušan Vlahović to Juventus, Fiorentina is one step closer to bringing in a new Serb. Serbian national team players Nikola Milenković, Matija Nastasić and Aleksa Terzić are already wearing purple shirts.
For Real Madrid last season, Luka Jović scored only one goal. Since the Serbian national team qualified for the World Cup in Qatar, Jovic wants to play more and thus be more ready to welcome the most substantial world competition in football.
