Tevez injury not serious

Initially physios thought that he may of broken bones in his foot but has turned out in closer inspection to be nothingmore than a bruised ankle. After scoring the only game of the match Tevez went down in th 71st to be carried off by two Manchester United physios. In a Press Conference today Ferguson shouldered some of the blame, saying that he may of kept his key frontman on for longer than he should of.

Positive though this news is Tevez is very unlikely to play any part in the mid-week FA Cup tie with Aston Villa. However it is not all doom and gloom for the Red Devils with Rooney expected back after a virus.
